
Eileen Cannistraci, M.Ed. | Chief Executive Officer
Eileen is an experienced educator with 25+ years of service in Pennsylvania’s education sector. She has held various roles, including teacher, lead teacher, literacy coach, assistant principal, and principal, and is currently serving as CEO at Insight PA. Eileen’s extensive career spans a decade at the School District of Philadelphia and two decades in cyber education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Penn State University and a master’s degree in educational administration from Drexel University. Eileen is deeply committed to ensuring students receive a tailored education that empowers them to achieve their aspirations and considers it a privilege to lead the dedicated team at Insight PA. Eileen enjoys reading and is an avid fan of Philadelphia and Penn State sports. She and her husband live in Chester County and have two grown children.

Kevin Corcoran, MBA., MPP | Chief Finance Officer
Kevin joined Insight PA in July 2022, bringing a decade of prior experience from another cyber charter school in Pennsylvania, primarily in a COO/CFO role. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA and a Master of Public Policy Studies from Duke University. Kevin’s dedication extends to serving as an officer in the United States Navy Reserve. At Insight PA, he’s inspired by the unified focus on serving students and connecting them with future life and career opportunities. He is passionate about providing children and families the chance to attain their best possible lives. Beyond work, Kevin enjoys outdoor pursuits like hiking, travel, and reading and is a devoted Phillies fan. He calls Lancaster County his home.

Michael Frost, M.Ed. | Chief Technology and Innovation Officer
Michael has over 23 years of experience in education, with 13 years dedicated to cyber education. His background encompasses teaching grades K-8, serving as a middle school principal, and as Insight PA’s Executive Director. Michael holds multiple certifications, including elementary, single-subject middle levels, and K–12 Principal. He earned a BS in elementary education and an MS in science education with a focus on STEM from Lebanon Valley College. Additionally, he completed an Educational Leadership certification program through Cabrini College. Before joining Insight PA, he was a senior analyst for the Program Effectiveness and Analytics team at K12, Inc., working with schools nationwide. Michael resides in Chester County with his wife, who is also an educator, and their daughter.

Julie Jaszcar, M.Ed. | Chief Academic Officer
Julie started in the role of Chief Academic Officer at Insight PA in 2021, having previously served as Director of Special Education for K12, Inc, assigned to Insight PA in 2019. With over 30 years in education, her background includes positions as a Special Education Teacher, Special Education Supervisor, and Special Education Director. Julie holds Pennsylvania Principal, Special Education Teacher and Supervisor, and Elementary Education Teacher Certificates. She earned a master’s degree in School Administration from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Slippery Rock University. Julie enjoys spending quality moments with her husband and three children in her free time, engaging in dek hockey, watching Steeler games, and reading.

Beth Jones, M.Ed., MBA., SHRP | Chief Operating Officer
Beth has amassed over 30 years of education experience, from teaching toddlers to adults and founding a brick & mortar charter school in Chester County, PA. Currently serving as Insight PA’s inaugural COO, Beth holds a B.A. from Immaculata University, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Widener University, and an M.B.A. from West Chester University. Beth is currently pursuing her doctorate at American College of Education. She is certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) by HRCI and is certified by the PA Department of Education as a teacher and school principal. Beth is a steadfast advocate for public school choice in PA and has previously served as president of the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS). She is married to a public-school educator and is the proud parent of two charter school (and college!) graduates. In her leisure time, she enjoys swimming and reading.
Johanna N. Best, B.S. | Director of Reporting and Compliance
A devoted member of Insight PA since August 2017, Johanna has held various significant positions within the organization, including State Reporting and Federal Programs Manager and now the Director of Reporting and Compliance. She holds a B.S. from Temple University and brings over a decade of experience as an administrator supporting schools with data collection, reporting, compliance, and grant management. Johanna is driven by the opportunity to facilitate students’ access to high-quality public education, and her passion lies in securing additional funding sources to augment the basic education program. Johanna is a lifelong Philadelphia sports enthusiast with a special affection for the Eagles and 76ers.

Dr. Cynthia Estremera Gauthier, Ph.D. | Director of School Belonging and Connection
Dr. Cindy joined Insight PA in 2023 and leads the Department of School Belonging and Connection, where she brings deep expertise in inclusive leadership and equity-centered coaching. She holds a Ph.D. in English and Africana Studies, with a scholarly focus on identity, systemic racism, and social privilege. As an experienced educator and equity practitioner, Dr. Cindy has led transformative initiatives designed to create inclusive environments and empower historically marginalized communities. Her work emphasizes building authentic relationships, fostering meaningful dialogue, and cultivating school cultures that empower students and staff to be their unique selves. Dr. Cindy is a frequent facilitator for workshops on topics about racial justice, power dynamics, and holistic well-being, and is committed to advancing sustainable, community-informed systems change. A proud Philadelphia native and mother of two, she is passionate about nurturing the next generation of changemakers through education that centers belonging, equity, and shared humanity.

Anthony Grande, M.Ed, CAGS, NCSP | Director of Assessment and Evaluation
Anthony (Tony) joined the Insight PA team in 2018 as the school’s first School Psychologist and has since worked in a variety of roles including Supervisor of Psychological Services and Assistant Director of Student Services. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) where he majored in Music and Music Education and minored in Educational Psychology, and previously worked as a music educator. Tony also holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, a Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies in School Psychology and an Administration/K-12 Principal Certification. During both his graduate studies and current professional capacities, Tony has engaged in various research efforts which have resulted in publication and presentations at national and international conferences. Additionally, he was selected to be one of 15 School Psychologists across the state of Pennsylvania to join the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Advisory Panel for Gifted Education and has officially been accepted to the PhD program at IUP for School Psychology with an anticipated end date of 2028. Tony resides in Harmony, Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, family, and friends, watching movies and tv, reading, and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Henry Hague | School Safety Coordinator
Henry joined Insight PA in May of 2024 as the school’s first School Safety Coordinator. He has degrees in Political Science (Villanova University) and Spanish (West Chester University), holds numerous investigative, instructor, and leadership certifications, and is certified in OSHA 30, Advanced First Aid, and CPR. Henry enjoys contributing to the feeling of safety and security for the students and staff at Insight PA and working with a dedicated team of people who truly care about what they do. In his free time, he enjoys participating in physical activities (especially outdoors) and reading. Henry shares his life in Chester County with his wife, three children, and a puppy named Penny.

Audra Mazzante, M.S.Ed. | Director of Career Education
Audra Mazzante has been a valuable member of Insight PA since 2019, initially joining as a High School business teacher. She subsequently served as the Career Education Coordinator and currently holds the Director of Career Education position. Audra possesses a master’s in business education and holds Pennsylvania Certifications in K-12 BCIT, Cooperative Education, Career and Technical Administrative Director, and Principal. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her enrollment in the Workforce Development program at Penn State, where she is pursuing her Ph.D. In addition to her educational qualifications, Audra gained experience as the Workforce Development Specialist at Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit, where she received training from the PA Department of Education as their career-ready liaison in the Future Ready Index and career education. Audra resides in Williamsport with her husband and three children.

Tara McFalls, M.Ed. | Director of Continuous Improvement
Tara joined Insight PA in November 2021, serving as the Enrollment Manager in the Operations Department. She holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy and M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Cabrini University. Tara is a proud Psi Chi National Honor Society and Kappa Gamma Pi Honor Society member. With over 19 years of experience in education, she’s held various roles, including Coordinator of Adult Student Services, Coordinator of Academic Counseling, and Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at Cabrini University, along with being the Director of Learning at The Perkiomen School. Tara is passionate about the tight-knit and innovative community at Insight PA, where she enjoys supporting transformative learning experiences and fostering positive change for students and the broader community. Outside of work, she’s an enthusiast of local community theater, historical fiction writing, hiking, and travel. Tara resides in Chester County, PA, and treasures time spent with her family, including her wonderful mother, brother, sister-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Kimberly Pelcin, B.A. | Director of Business Operations
Kimberly joined Insight PA in September 2022. Her educational journey includes a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University. Kimberly also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Pennsylvania State University. Kimberly is deeply passionate about Insight’s commitment to breaking down financial barriers that hinder students from accessing a quality education. Outside of work, Kimberly serves on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit, A Haven. She also enjoys lifelong learning through reading and taking interesting classes. She calls Chester County, PA, her home, where she resides with her husband and is proud to have four grown children.

Sarah Ronosky, MS, M.Ed. | Director of Student Services
Sarah is a proud alumni of West Virginia University, where she earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Special Education. With over a decade of classroom experience, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Her commitment to lifelong learning motivated her to pursue a second master’s degree in education for Curriculum and Instruction, with a concentration in Behavior Analysis, from Arizona State University. Since joining Insight PA, Sarah has held various roles, including Transition Coordinator and Special Education Supervisor. She leads her teams with unwavering dedication, advocating for students’ needs while supporting the Special Education, English Language Development, and LEAP programs. Sarah resides in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, three children, and a collection of pets. An avid reader, Sarah is often found enjoying nature, immersing herself in books during her free time.

Ronald Shipman, M.Ed., M.A. | Director of Educational Systems
Ronald has been a valued member of Insight PA since July 2019, serving in various capacities, including Compliance Coordinator and Compliance and SIS Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cheyney University, a Master of Science in Learning Technology from Drexel University, and a Master of Arts from Liberty University. In addition to his academic achievements, Ronald is an accomplished actor with over 20 production credits in television and film. He finds inspiration at Insight PA, where he has the opportunity to nurture his leadership skills. Outside of his professional life, Ronald enjoys Philadelphia sports, video games, beach days, and quality family time with his wife and six children, along with their cat, aptly named “Cat.” He resides just outside Philadelphia in Delaware County.

Gregg Stanley | IT Manager
Gregg joined Insight PA in March of 2024 and has over 25 years of experience in educational technology, with a strong background in leading IT teams across K–12 schools, higher education, and district-level environments. Currently serving as IT Manager, he plays a key role in aligning technology hardware and systems with instructional goals, ensuring that infrastructure and support services meet the evolving needs of students and educators. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of teaching and learning. He is passionate about creating technology-rich environments that foster innovation and enhance educational outcomes. Outside the office, Gregg is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and dogs.

Sara Stell, M.M. Ed. | Director of Communications
A valued member of Insight PA since July 2022, Sara brings a robust educational background with a B.M. in Music Education from Temple University and an M.M in Music Education (M.M.Ed) from West Chester University. She is also an active member of NSPRA (National School Public Relations Association) and PenSPRA (Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association). Before joining Insight PA, Sara dedicated 18 years to education as a music teacher in a brick & mortar PA charter school, teaching a wide range of subjects and serving as the K-12 Music Department Head. Her passion for education revolves around recognizing students’ unique learning and communication styles and providing them with a supportive environment in which to express themselves authentically and be celebrated for who they are. Outside of work, Sara enjoys traveling and knitting, and is an avid fan of Phillies Baseball. She resides in Chester County, PA, with her husband and their three spoiled cats – Gustav, Gracie, and Gertie.

Sam Trego, MBA., SHRM-SCP | Director of Human Resources
Sam serves as the Director of Human Resources at Insight PA Cyber Charter School, where she leads a talented team of HR professionals in supporting more than 500 staff across the organization. With over eight years of progressive HR experience, Sam brings a strategic and people-centered approach to all aspects of human capital management—from employee relations and performance development to compliance, compensation, and inclusion initiatives. A strong advocate for school choice, she is passionate about supporting flexible and innovative educational environments. Sam holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to her professional work, she lives on a farm in Glenmoore, PA, where she enjoys a rural lifestyle that complements her values of hard work, community, and balance.

Angela Troutman, MBA | Director of Operations
Angela joined Insight PA in November 2017 and has served in various roles, including Office Administrator, Testing Coordinator, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and currently as Director of Operations. Her educational background includes earning an MBA from Penn State. Angela values the dedicated leadership, faculty, and staff at Insight PA, all committed to student success. She is passionate about ensuring students and families have a smooth experience in the enrollment and educational process. Angela enjoys spending time with loved ones, enjoys spending time outdoors, and has a residence in Chester County that she shares with her husband, three cats, and a dog.
