Beth Jones, M.Ed., MBA., SHRP | Interim CEO, Chief Operating Officer

Beth has amassed over 30 years of education experience, from teaching toddlers to adults and founding a brick & mortar charter school in Chester County, PA. Currently serving as Insight PA’s inaugural COO, Beth holds a B.A. from Immaculata University, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Widener University, and an M.B.A. from West Chester University. Beth is currently pursuing her doctorate at American College of Education. She is certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) by HRCI and is certified by the PA Department of Education as a teacher and school principal. Beth is a steadfast advocate for public school choice in PA and has previously served as president of the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS). She is married to a public-school educator and is the proud parent of two charter school (and college!) graduates. In her leisure time, she enjoys swimming and reading.

Kevin Corcoran, MBA., MPP | Chief Finance Officer

Kevin joined Insight PA in July 2022, bringing a decade of prior experience from another cyber charter school in Pennsylvania, primarily in a COO/CFO role. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA and a Master of Public Policy Studies from Duke University. Kevin’s dedication extends to serving as an officer in the United States Navy Reserve. At Insight PA, he’s inspired by the unified focus on serving students and connecting them with future life and career opportunities. He is passionate about providing children and families the chance to attain their best possible lives. Beyond work, Kevin enjoys outdoor pursuits like hiking, travel, and reading and is a devoted Phillies fan. He calls Lancaster County his home.

Michael Frost, M.Ed. | Chief Technology and Innovation Officer

Michael has over 23 years of experience in education, with 13 years dedicated to cyber education. His background encompasses teaching grades K-8, serving as a middle school principal, and as Insight PA’s Executive Director. Michael holds multiple certifications, including elementary, single-subject middle levels, and K–12 Principal. He earned a BS in elementary education and an MS in science education with a focus on STEM from Lebanon Valley College. Additionally, he completed an Educational Leadership certification program through Cabrini College. Before joining Insight PA, he was a senior analyst for the Program Effectiveness and Analytics team at K12, Inc., working with schools nationwide. Michael resides in Chester County with his wife, who is also an educator, and their daughter.

Sarah Ronosky, MS, M.Ed. | Interim CAO, Director of Student Services

Sarah is a proud alumni of West Virginia University, where she earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Special Education. With over a decade of classroom experience, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Her commitment to lifelong learning motivated her to pursue a second master’s degree in education for Curriculum and Instruction, with a concentration in Behavior Analysis, from Arizona State University. Since joining Insight PA, Sarah has held various roles, including Transition Coordinator and Special Education Supervisor. She leads her teams with unwavering dedication, advocating for students’ needs while supporting the Special Education, English Language Development, and LEAP programs.  Sarah resides in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, three children, and a collection of pets. An avid reader, Sarah is often found  enjoying nature, immersing herself in books during her free time.

Tara McFalls, M.Ed. | Director of Administrative Services

Tara joined Insight PA in November 2021, serving as the Enrollment Manager in the Operations Department. She holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy and M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Cabrini University. Tara is a proud Psi Chi National Honor Society and Kappa Gamma Pi Honor Society member. With over 19 years of experience in education, she’s held various roles, including Coordinator of Adult Student Services, Coordinator of Academic Counseling, and Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at Cabrini University, along with being the Director of Learning at The Perkiomen School. Tara is passionate about the tight-knit and innovative community at Insight PA, where she enjoys supporting transformative learning experiences and fostering positive change for students and the broader community. Outside of work, she’s an enthusiast of local community theater, historical fiction writing, hiking, and travel. Tara resides in Chester County and treasures time spent with her family, including her wonderful mother, brother, sister-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Kimberly Pelcin, B.A. | Director of Finance

Kim is a strategic finance and operations leader with expertise in procurement, contract management, and financial operations across education, government, corporate, and legal sectors. She joined Insight PA in September 2022 and has been instrumental in optimizing procurement and contract functions, implementing systems that strengthen compliance, and supporting organizational decision-making. She holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University. Kimberly is passionate about Insight’s mission to remove financial barriers that prevent students from accessing quality education. She lives in Chester County with her husband and is the proud parent of four grown children.

Sam Trego, MBA., SHRM-SCP | Director of Human Resources

Sam serves as the Director of Human Resources at Insight PA Cyber Charter School, where she leads a talented team of HR professionals in supporting more than 500 staff across the organization. With over eight years of progressive HR experience, Sam brings a strategic and people-centered approach to all aspects of human capital management—from employee relations and performance development to compliance, compensation, and inclusion initiatives. A strong advocate for school choice, she is passionate about supporting flexible and innovative educational environments. Sam holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to her professional work, she lives on a farm in Chester County, where she enjoys a rural lifestyle that complements her values of hard work, community, and balance.
