This page will guide you through the process of unpacking your new device and making sure you are ready to login for your first day of school.
Tech Package Checklist
When opening your package for the first time, make sure you have all of the items listed below. If anything is missing, contact our Tech Support Team immediately using the contact info included on this page.

Setting Up Your New Student Laptop
Step 1: Open Your Package
- Carefully remove all items from the box and review the Tech Package Checklist to make sure you have everything.
Step 2: Charge Your Laptop
- Plug in your laptop and allow it to fully charge before using it.
Step 3: Power On Your Laptop
- Open your laptop lid and press the power button on the top-right corner of the keyboard .
Step 4: Complete Initial Setup (Estimated Time – 15 Minutes)
- Login with the credentials provided in the email you received through Parent/StudentSquare.
- Connect to your home Wifi.
- Check for updates and follow the prompts on your device to install them.
Step 5: Open Chrome Browser
- Use the icon on the desktop screen to open Chrome.
- Click on “Managed bookmarks” in the toolbar.
- Practice logging into Schoology, StudentSquare, and Outlook Email using the same credentials you used to login to your laptop.*
*You may receive additional prompts or messages when logging in for the first time. Click “Continue” for any of these.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Laptop Won’t Power On? Ensure your laptop is charged and try pressing the power button for 5-10 seconds.
- Can’t Connect to Wi-Fi? Check your Wi-Fi password or try restarting your router.
- Forgot your Password? Review your Enrollment Packet or Call 484-713-4353 and select Option 3.
- Account Setup Issues? Select “Continue Anyway” if an error pops up to bypass any setup conflicts.
