How do I apply for student/family internet service provider (ISP) reimbursement?

The Internet Reimbursement window for Semester Two of the 24-25 School Year is now open. Please use the link below and complete the survey to submit your reimbursement request.

Eligible families will be reimbursed by July 31, 2025, for the months of January, February, March, April, May, and June. Please note the following about our reimbursement timeline:

  • Submissions received by Monday, June 2nd will be paid by July 31st.
  • Submissions received between Tuesday, June 3rd – Wednesday, June 18th will be paid in August or later.
  • NO submissions will be accepted after Wednesday, June 18th.

How does it work?

  • Insight PA will reimburse a family $50 per month toward the costs associated with their child(ren)’s internet access. Please note that this is a per family reimbursement based on the household address.
  • Internet Reimbursement for Semester One covers the months of August, September, October, November, and December
  • Internet Reimbursement for Semester Two covers the months of January, February, March, April, May, and June.
  • Insight PA will ask families to verify their mailing address in advance of the reimbursement checks being issued. A family’s check will not be issued until a family verifies their address.
  • Reimbursement will be pro-rated to reflect enrollment dates that do not include the entire school year.
  • Verifying and following up on criteria may result in a delay in payment.
