Meet the amazing sea turtles and learn about the incredible journeys they take across our oceans! Our expert educators will share fascinating facts about these endangered creatures, how they are protected, and what we can do to help conserve marine life. Watch as these majestic turtles glide through their aquatic habitat in the PPG Aquarium, and discover how your students can make a difference!
🐯 Meet the Animals! 🦁
From the towering giraffes to the playful penguins, the Pittsburgh Zoo is home to over 4,000 animals from around the world. Students will have the chance to explore animal habitats, witness exciting feeding demonstrations, and get up close to some of their favorite species.
🎓 Educational and Fun 🎓
With guided tours, hands-on activities, and immersive learning opportunities, this trip is designed to inspire environmental stewardship, biology education, and a love for wildlife. Students will take home unforgettable memories and a deeper understanding of the animal kingdom.
Cost: Insight PA will cover the cost of admission for current students and ONE adult. Additional family members may purchase a full price ticket online $20/adult,$18/ senior (60+), $17 for children between the ages of 2-13. Id purchasing additional tickets at the zoo, the cost is $28/ per person. Parking is free.
Snacks will be provided for all.
Registration is required and will close at 4 pm on Monday March 17.
