These events will take place at minor league baseball parks and entertainment venues around the state throughout the month of May and first week of June. Click the + below to learn more about the events happening in each of our regions and sign up to attend them. Please note that each event has its own sign-up form and deadline. All attendees must sign up ahead of time!

Allegheny County – FunSlides Carpet Skate Park & Party Center

Cost – Insight PA will cover the cost of admission/activities and lunch for all currently enrolled Insight PA students and ONE adult per family. Additional activity passes may be purchased directly from the venue upon arrival.

Ready, Set…SLIDE! Celebrate all your hard work this year by sliding away at the world’s only indoor Carpet Skate Park. Are you a slider, a dodgeball fan, or a budding Ninja Warrior? Have fun practicing! There are also 4 bounce houses and a hockey area to work up an appetite. Pizza and drinks will be served. All sliders must wear socks and athletic or closed toe flat shoes. Parents/guardians will need to complete a waiver for all minors in attendance – this will be shared with attendees ahead of time so they can print them out and bring their completed waivers with them.

Erie County – Erie SeaWolves Baseball Game

Cost – Insight PA will cover the cost of tickets and food vouchers for all currently enrolled Insight PA students and ONE adult per family. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10.00 directly from the venue upon arrival.

Parking – Attendees can take advantage of metered street parking in the vicinity of UPMC Park or opt for one of several public and private parking lots adjacent to UPMC Park. The cost of parking is the responsibility of each family.

Take Me out to the Ballgame…Join us for a fantastic evening under the stadium lights! Come cheer on our local minor league team, The Erie SeaWolves as they play the Richmond Flying squirrels. Soak in the atmosphere of the stadium and create memories that will last a lifetime. This is the perfect way to wrap up the school year and bond over the timeless joy of baseball. Current Insight PA students and ONE adult per family will receive a food voucher to enjoy a hot dog, chips, and a fountain drink. Stay for the whole game and enjoy some fireworks afterwards!

Washington County – Washington Wild Things Baseball Game

Take Me out to the Ballgame…Join us for a fantastic evening under the stadium lights! Come cheer on our local minor league team, The Washington Wild Things as they play the Gateway Grizzlies. Soak in the atmosphere of the stadium and create memories that will last a lifetime. This is the perfect way to wrap up the school year and bond over the timeless joy of baseball. All currently enrolled Insight PA students and ONE adult per family will receive a food voucher to enjoy a hot dog, chips, and a fountain drink. Stay for the whole game and enjoy some fireworks afterwards!

Blair County – Altoona Curve Baseball Game

Cost – Insight PA will cover the cost of tickets and dinner at the Stuckey Automotive Picnic Pavilion for all currently enrolled Insight PA students and ONE adult per family. Additional tickets for 5/28/24 in the Picnic Pavilion with our group can be purchased by calling Dylan Sim, Account Executive for Altoona Curve at 814-283-3124.  Mention you are with Insight PA Cyber Charter School.  Adults are $30 and children 12 and under are $24.  Children 2 and under do not need to purchase tickets.

Parking – Parking is available in the parking garage located beyond left field on Park Avenue for $4.00 per car. All parking is cash and the responsibility of each family.

Take Me out to the Ballgame…Hard work in school pays off! Join us as the Altoona Curve take on the Portland Seadogs and we celebrate an amazing school year at Insight PA. Our fun-filled evening will include an all-you-can-eat buffet and prime seating down the left field line of the ballpark!  The buffet will be available from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and will include bbq ribs, marinated grilled chicken breast, hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, potato chips, cookies, and soda.

One lucky student will get to throw out the first pitch and two lucky students will get to participate in the mid-inning, on-field activity.  Be sure to check out the evening promotions and get ready to root, root, root for the home team!

Lackawanna County – Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders Curve Baseball Game

Take Me Out to the Ball Game…Hard work in school pays off! Join us as the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders take on the Syracuse Mets and we celebrate an amazing school year at Insight PA. Our fun-filled evening will include lawn seating and a $15 dinner voucher (for all currently enrolled Insight PA students and ONE adult per family) that can be used at any concession stand around the ballpark.  

There are many activities planned for the evening! Two lucky students will get to throw out the first pitch and the rest of our students can participate in the on-field events before the game. Be sure to check out the team’s evening promotions and get ready to root, root, root for the home team!

Take Me Out to the Ball Game…Hard work in school pays off! Join us as the Williamsport Crosscutters take on the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and we celebrate an amazing school year at Insight PA. Our fun-filled evening will include an all-you-can-eat buffet and prime seating down the left field line of the ballpark!  The buffet will be available from 6:00pm – 7:30pm and will include a build your own burger and dog bar, baked beans, mac and cheese, potato chips, assorted desserts, and a variety of drinks.

Insight PA students will get to stand on the field with Crosscutter players to sing the national anthem. Be sure to check out the evening promotions and get ready to root, root, root for the home team!

Berks County – Reading Fightin Phils Baseball Game

Parking – FREE parking is available at several nearby parking lots surrounding FirstEnergy Stadium. There is also an option to pre-purchase a parking pass in the reserved parking lot for $7.00 based upon availability to the specific game you plan to attend. Any parking costs are the responsibility of each family.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game…Hard work in school pays off! Join us as the Reading Fightin Phills take on the Binghamton Rumble Ponies and we celebrate an amazing school year at Insight PA. Our fun-filled evening will include an all-you-can-eat buffet and a character pool party!  Yes, you read that right – you can enjoy the game while swimming in the 87 degree heated pool directly behind the right field home run wall. The buffet will be available for 2 hours and will include BBQ chicken, BBQ sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, mac & cheese, pasta, potato salad, baked beans, chips, smiley fries, fruit, cookies, and Pepsi products.

Take photos and receive autographs with Reading Fightin Phils characters like the Crazy Hot Dog Vendor, the Fightin Phils Mascot Band, and many more! One lucky Insight PA student will get to throw the first pitch. Be sure to check out the evening promotions and get ready to root, root, root for the home team!
