Four Simple Steps to Enroll

Step #1 – Complete our Enrollment Inquiry Form.

Complete the form below and a member of our Enrollment Team will contact you to guide you through the enrollment process.

Step #2 – Gather Your Documents

To speed up the enrollment process, we recommend gathering your documents after completing the Enrollment Inquiry Form so they are ready when our team reaches out to you. For a list of specific documents that may be required, look over our Enrollment FAQs below.

Step #3 – Complete the New Student Registration Form

A member of our Enrollment Team will provide you with a link to our enrollment portal. During this step, you will provide more detailed information about your student(s) and upload your documents.

Step #4 – Welcome to Insight PA!

After successfully completing the enrollment process, your student(s) will be approved and you will be contacted by a member of Insight PA’s Enrollment Team. Please check your email for important information.

Enrollment FAQs

Any student in grades K–12 who resides in Pennsylvania is eligible for full-time enrollment.

Insight PA is a public, tuition-free school. Required course materials and technology are provided, though students and families may be responsible for some common household materials and basic school supplies.

Enrollment is currently open for the 2025 – 2026 school year!

You will need to supply the following documents during the enrollment process:

  • Birth Certificate or Proof of Age (Required)
  • Immunization Records or Immunization Waiver (Required)
  • Two (2) Proofs of Residence (Required)
    • Acceptable Proofs of Residence are:
      • Current (not expired) Driver’s License or Department of Transportation Identification (ID) Card. Must show the name of the parent/legal guardian, the issue and expiration dates, and complete address.
      • Current (not expired) Vehicle Registration. Must show the name of the parent/legal guardian, the issue and expiration dates, and complete address.
      • Credit card bill showing the bank/biller’s name, account owner’s name (must be parent or legal guardian) and address, last 4 digits of the account number, and the issue date of the bill.
      • Utility bill (ex: electric, gas, water, sewer, cable, or internet) showing biller’s name, account owner’s name (must be parent or legal guardian) and address, last 4 digits of the account number, and the issue date of the bill.
      • Deed or lease (in the name of the parent or legal guardian) with all pages provided. The full lease with all pages, including signatures, must be provided.
      • Mortgage statement showing the mortgage company’s name, account owner’s name (in the name of the parent or legal guardian), property address, last 4 digits of the account number, and issue date of the bill.
      • Property tax bill no older than one (1) year showing the property owner’s name (in the name of the parent or legal guardian), address, municipality, and issue date of the bill.

To allow us to best support your child and your family, additional documentation may be needed. These documents may include:

  • Most Recent Report Card (Optional)
  • High School Transcript, if applicable (Optional)
  • Most Recent Physical Exam (Optional)
  • Most Recent Dental Records (Optional)
  • 504 Records, if applicable (Optional)
  • Special Education Records (such as IEP), if applicable (Optional)
  • Language Service Records (such as ELP), if applicable (Optional)
  • Gifted Records (such as GIEP), if applicable (Optional)

Students who enroll during the school year must remain enrolled in their current school throughout the enrollment process with Insight PA. Once all enrollment items are complete and documentation is secured, you will receive your starting date from us and can be withdrawn from your current school.

Kindergarten age cut offs are based upon your district of residence, as Insight PA must follow each district’s Kindergarten cut off age. Your home district website should provide information about Kindergarten cut off age, or please feel free to reach out to an Insight PA’s enrollment team at enrollment@insightpaschool.org or 844-269-9230.
